The prepared slides are professionally hand mounted, accurately stained, and individually labeled, making them an excellent resource for students of all ages. The kit includes a hard wood slide case and features full-size glass slides measuring 3" x 1" (25.4mm x 76.2mm) with a thickness of 1mm. The slides are manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality control standard. The set includes a diverse selection of slides such as Bacillus smear, bee wings (W.M.), dog tissues including cardiac muscle, duodenum, esophagus, ileum, jejunum, pancreas, rectum, skeletal muscle, small intestine, and stomach, among many others, as well as a variety of plant and animal specimens.
