Rotating electrical plug lockout designed for two-prong 240 and 120 volt plugs with or without ground. Made of tough, lightweight dielectric Xenoy thermoplastic, it withstands chemicals and extreme temperatures from -50F to 350F. Locks onto prongs to prevent wall outlet insertion with outward/inward rotation for easy use and storage. Fits plugs up to 2-1/4 inch diameter by 3-1/4 inch length, with cord diameter up to 3/4 inch. Includes high-visibility permanent safety labels in English, Spanish, and French. Compatible with existing lockout padlocks or hasps.
