It is effective on hard, nonporous surfaces like chopping blocks, countertops, and food-processing equipment. The sanitizer delivers 200 ppm active quaternary at 1 fl oz per 5.5 gallons of water and is EPA-approved for food-contact sanitizing from 150 to 400 ppm.
