Features two 1-1/4 inch diameter openings with an oxygen-restricting fluted design to self-extinguish cigarettes. Includes a removable top secured by two clasps and a nickel-plated brass chain to deter theft. Contains a 4.5 gallon galvanized steel liner with handle for easy disposal.
