Heavyweight white filler paper features a clear Rip-Proof film strip along the binding edge to prevent tearing at ring binder holes. Each sheet is unrolled and made of white bond paper with three 9/32 inch round holes pre-punched for easy filing. The Rip-Proof film strip is strong yet has 60 percent less bulk than other reinforcements, allowing more pages per binder.
