Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer is a white, 13-ounce wall primer and sealer designed for interior and exterior use. It features a low odor, flexible acrylic formula that bonds to all surfaces without sanding. This primer blocks stains, graffiti, and tannin bleed, provides mold and mildew resistance, and inhibits rust. Suitable for walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, and railings. It dries in one hour and can be applied in temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Comes in a Carton of 6.
