Features patent-pending SafeShield Coated Fastener Technology to prevent paper tears, finger cuts, and fastener crinkling. Includes two 2 inch coated fasteners on front and back panels at positions 1 and 3, and three 1 inch SafeShield-coated twin-prong fasteners on 17 point dividers.
