Pressboard mortgage folder with 1/2 inch high metal tabs and preprinted dividers for organizing mortgage paperwork. Features eight manila dividers with tabs labeled Insurance, Tax and Assessment Receipts, Mortgage, Title Papers, Attorney's Opinion, Appraisal, Credit Reports, and Application. Includes a front divider with mortgage applicant form and inventory checklist, a manila jacket for smaller papers, and a fastener compressor. Made from 25 point pressboard stock with 1 inch expansion and 2 inch prong K-style fastener. Tabs have replaceable inserts. Folders are unassembled and made with recycled material. Comes in a Box of 10.
