It features a two-piece cover that compresses tabloid-size material to reduce bulk and a metal fastener with an 8-1/2 inch length and 3 inch capacity with a compressor on top to hold documents securely without damage. Made from heavy-duty 20 point Press Guard stock with a high percentage of recycled material, it is designed for loose-leaf style binding and includes center-to-center fastener dimensions.
