Each page has four perforated forms with an original white sheet printed in blue and red ink and a canary duplicate with a black and white image. Features include a stop card to prevent write-through, spaces for date, payer, amount, payment purpose, time period covered, account balance, remainder due, and payment method checkboxes for cash, check, or money order. The wirebound design allows the book to open flat for easy writing.
