The SC Preferred™ nylon skate wheel conveyor features a versatile design for seamless integration into various applications, with durable steel construction and nylon skate wheels supporting a per foot weight capacity of 175 lbs. This gravity conveyor expands from 6'2" to 24'8" and uses 5/16" steel axles along with self-tracking skate wheels that have enclosed steel ball bearings to ensure smooth material flow. It is equipped with 4" thermoplastic swivel casters that have locking brakes for easy mobility and stability during use. The unit includes seven zinc-plated telescopic legs that adjust independently from 31-3/4" to 40-1/2" to maximize gravity flow and create banked curves as needed. The package includes hook couplers for connecting additional conveyors and a box stop to maintain content stability and facilitate handling. The conveyor unit bends around a 27" radius, with axle centers adjustable from 1-1/4" (compressed) to 4" (expanded), accommodating a minimum package size of 7". This conveyor comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
