The NESTAFLEX® portable flexible conveyor is a versatile and expandable gravity conveyor suitable for shipping, receiving, assembly, and packaging stations. It reduces to 25% of its expanded length for compact storage and features a self-tracking skate wheel design that ensures smooth movement of various-sized materials. The conveyor is equipped with black polymer wheels that contain 7 steel ball bearings in a captive race, and it has 5-1/4" axle centers accommodating a minimum package size of 11". Constructed with zinc-plated 12 gauge steel legs and 5/16" diameter steel axles, the kit includes a box stop and 2 hook couplers. The telescopic legs are adjustable from 28" to 44" high, and the conveyor features 5" x 1-1/2" swivel casters with brakes on the end legs for easy transport. All units can bend around a 12" radius, and the product comes with an 18-month limited warranty.
