This SC Preferred™ nylon skate wheel conveyor features a versatile design for seamless integration into various applications such as shipping, receiving, assembly, and packing areas. It has durable steel construction with nylon skate wheels and a per foot weight capacity of 175 lbs. The conveyor extends from 6'2" to 24'8" and utilizes 5/16" steel axles with self-tracking skate wheels containing enclosed steel ball bearings for smooth material flow. It includes 4" thermoplastic swivel casters with locking brakes to ensure easy mobility and stability during use. The unit is equipped with seven zinc-plated telescopic legs that adjust independently from 31-3/4" to 40-1/2" to maximize gravity flow and allow for banked curves. The unit bends around a 27" radius and has axle centers adjustable from 1-1/4" (compressed) to 4" (expanded), accommodating a minimum package size of 7". Included are hook couplers to connect additional conveyors and a box stop for content stability and convenient handling. This conveyor comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
