The SC Preferred™ steel skate wheel conveyor offers a versatile design for seamless integration into a wide range of applications and features durable steel construction for lasting use, supporting a per foot weight capacity of 175 lbs. The conveyor expands from 6'2" to 24'8" and utilizes 5/16" steel axles with self-tracking skate wheels equipped with enclosed steel ball bearings to ensure smooth material flow. It includes 4" thermoplastic swivel casters with locking brakes for mobility and stability, seven zinc-plated telescopic legs adjustable independently from 31-3/4" to 40-1/2" for maximum gravity flow and banked curves. The unit bends around a 27" radius and has axle centers adjustable from 1-1/4" (compressed) to 4" (expanded), accommodating a minimum package size of 7". The kit includes hook couplers for connecting additional conveyors and a box stop for content stability and convenient handling. The product comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
