The NESTAFLEX® Portable Flexible Conveyor is a versatile and expandable portable gravity conveyor, perfect for shipping, receiving, assembly, and packaging stations. It reduces to 25% of its expanded length for compact storage. Designed for materials with flat or complex bottoms, it features 1-3/8" diameter galvanized steel rollers with sealed bearings and spring-loaded axles. The conveyor has 5-1/4" axle centers accommodating a minimum package size of 11". It is constructed with zinc-plated 12 gauge steel legs and 5/16" diameter steel axles, and includes a box stop and two hook couplers. The telescopic legs can be adjusted from 28" to 44" in height. For easy transport, it is equipped with 5" x 1-1/2" swivel casters, complete with brakes on the end legs. Additionally, all units can bend around a 12" radius. The conveyor comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
