The SC Preferred™ steel skate wheel conveyor features a versatile design for seamless integration into various applications such as shipping, receiving, assembly, and packing areas. It has a durable steel construction with a per foot weight capacity of 175 lbs. The conveyor adjusts from 6'2" to 24'8" in length and utilizes 5/16" steel axles and self-tracking skate wheels with enclosed steel ball bearings to enable smooth material flow. It includes 4" thermoplastic swivel casters with locking brakes to provide mobility for transport and stability during use. The unit is equipped with seven zinc-plated telescopic legs, each independently adjustable from 31-3/4" to 40-1/2" to maximize gravity flow and allow the creation of banked curves. The conveyor package includes hook couplers for connecting additional conveyors, a box stop to ensure content stability and convenient handling, and can bend around a 27" radius. The axle centers compress from 1-1/4" to 4" and expand to accommodate a minimum package size of 7". The product comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
