Global's 1-1/2" shop top features a smooth, extra-strong, non-conductive work surface made of durable tempered hardboard bonded to a particleboard core designed to withstand rugged treatment. It includes smooth hardwood edges that resist moisture and prevent warping or splintering. The adjustable height legs can be set in 1-1/2" increments and include removable duplex knockouts on both the front and rear for installing either a hard-wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that screws into place without wiring. All steel parts are gray powder coated for durability. The bench stringer comes supplied with mounting hardware to assemble the legs to the bench top.
