The workbench features a 60" W x 30" D maple butcher block safety-edge top by John Boos & Co., crafted from solid grain hardwood that is kiln dried, electronically cured, and sealed with a mineral oil protectant, providing a smooth, strong, and durable 1-3/4" thick surface. The bench includes adjustable-height C-channel steel legs finished with scratch-resistant gray powder coat and undercoated for rust resistance, with leg height adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The ergonomically designed safety edge is rolled on the front to prevent damage to parts or discomfort when leaning. Removable duplex knockouts on the front and rear of the legs allow installation of either a hard-wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that can be easily attached without wiring. The package includes bench stringer and mounting hardware to assemble the legs to the top. The bench is built to withstand years of heavy-duty use, supporting high weight capacity for most projects and tasks.
