The single depth carton flow shelving unit measures 96"W x 48"D x 84"H and features five adjustable levels to improve inventory control efficiency. Its unique gravity flow design slides cartons to the front for easy access, allowing loading from the back to ensure first-in, first-out inventory management. Cartons are transported on roller tracks made of U-shaped galvanized steel channels with plastic wheels that support 50 lbs. per foot. Box guide rails, adjustable horizontally, are placed between each pair of roller tracks, and beams can be adjusted vertically to accommodate varying carton sizes. Each gravity flow storage level includes four pairs of roller tracks, five box guide rails, and one cross support. The racks also feature a 5/8" thick particle board top storage level capable of supporting up to 1000 lbs. The unit has a gray baked enamel finish and is designed for easy assembly.
