The NESTAFLEX® portable flexible conveyor is a versatile and expandable portable gravity conveyor designed for shipping, receiving, assembly, and packaging stations. It reduces to 25% of its expanded length for compact storage and is optimized for handling materials with flat or complex bottoms. The conveyor features 1-3/8" diameter galvanized steel rollers, sealed bearings, and spring-loaded axles, with 5-1/4" axle centers accommodating an 11" minimum package size. Constructed with zinc-plated 12-gauge steel legs and 5/16" diameter steel axles, it includes a box stop and 2 hook couplers. The telescopic legs can be adjusted from 28" to 44" in height, and the 5" x 1-1/2" swivel casters, equipped with brakes on the end legs, provide easy transport. All units are designed to bend around a 12" radius and are backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
