The double depth carton flow shelving unit measures 96"W x 72"D x 84"H and features a four-level design that enhances inventory control efficiency through a unique gravity flow system that slides cartons to the front for easy access. Cartons are loaded from the back to ensure first-in, first-out inventory management. The roller tracks are made from U-shaped galvanized steel channels with plastic wheels that support up to 50 lbs. per foot. Box guide rails, adjustable horizontally, and beams, adjustable vertically, accommodate varying carton sizes. Storage shelf levels can be adjusted on 1.5" centers for height flexibility, and box guide rails are positioned between each pair of roller tracks. Each gravity flow storage level includes four pairs of roller tracks, five box guide rails, and one cross support. The racks feature a 5/8" thick particle board top storage level capable of supporting up to 1000 lbs. The double depth design consists of two single units bolted front-to-back to increase carton capacity. The entire unit is finished with a gray baked enamel coating and offers easy assembly.
