The double depth carton flow shelving with three levels measures 96"W x 96"D x 84"H and is designed to enhance inventory control efficiency through a unique gravity flow system that slides cartons to the front for easy access. It is loaded from the back, ensuring first-in, first-out inventory management. Cartons slide on roller tracks made of U-shaped galvanized steel channels with plastic wheels that support 50 lbs. per foot. The box guide rails between each pair of roller tracks are horizontally adjustable, while the beams can be vertically adjusted to accommodate various carton sizes. Storage shelf levels can be adjusted on 1.5" centers for height flexibility. Each gravity flow storage level includes four pairs of roller tracks, five box guide rails, and one cross support. Additional roller tracks can be added as needed depending on carton dimensions. The racks feature a 5/8" thick particle board top storage level that supports up to 1000 lbs. Double-depth units consist of two single units bolted front to back for increased carton capacity. The entire assembly has a gray baked enamel finish and is designed for easy assembly.
