The Justrite® Safety Can is a standard safety can with a 1-gallon capacity designed for safely handling flammable liquids. It features a 5/8" hose handle that facilitates easy pouring while engineered safeguards prevent flammables from igniting and protect personnel from fire and explosion risks. The design includes a double-mesh flame arrestor screen inside the spout to prevent flashback and a spring-loaded cap that automatically closes after pouring. Constructed with a long-life synthetic gasket, it resists virtually all liquids and maintains a tight seal. This Type II filling can is equipped with an independent rapid fill opening and a flexible 9" metal nozzle. It is made from stainless steel Type 316, suitable for applications where high purity is crucial. The can is an accepted container under CARB guidelines and complies with OSHA and NFPA requirements. It is also FM approved and UL & ULC listed, offering a 10-year limited warranty for added assurance.
