The JUSTRITE® Standard Safety Can has a 2-1/2 gallon capacity with a 5/8" hose handle, designed for safely and easily handling flammable liquids to help prevent ignition and protect personnel from fire and explosion hazards. It features a double-mesh flame arrestor screen inside the spout to prevent flashback, a spring-loaded cap that closes automatically after pouring, and a long-life synthetic gasket that resists virtually all liquids while maintaining a tight seal. This Type II filling can includes an independent rapid fill opening and a 9" flexible metal nozzle, constructed of stainless steel Type 316 for applications where high purity is crucial. The can is an accepted container under CARB, complies with OSHA and NFPA requirements, is FM approved, and safety cans are UL and ULC listed. It comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
