The Eagle Plastic Salvage Drum has a 65-gallon capacity and comes in yellow with a metal band and bolt for secure lid attachment. It is designed to protect against leaks from damaged containers of hazardous materials or contaminated absorbent materials. Made of blow molded, high density polyethylene, the drum is chemical and weather resistant, with an operating temperature range from -30°F to 130°F. The salvage drum includes safety labeling and is nestable for compact storage when not in use. The drums pass the 3 psi pressure test and are approved for use with Packing Groups I, II, and III. They are UN certified to HM-181, pass the UL 94HB flammability rating, meet FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 food grade quality standards, and are compliant with SPCC and DOT 49 CFR 173.3 regulations.
