The mechanical dock leveler allows for easy loading and unloading of trucks at your dock and is designed to be installed in a concrete pit, with professional installation required. It features a heavy-duty steel construction with a thick treadplate deck and a 16" high lip, and includes two laminated bumpers for protection. The leveler has a service range of 12" above and below the dock and is engineered to require minimal maintenance. Activation is via a pull-chain that engages a spring-assisted lift, and it includes telescopic steel toe guards that are flush with the platform edge for enhanced safety. A standard pit depth of 24" is required. When ordering, specify if the leveler is for new construction or to replace an existing pit leveler. Custom sizes are available upon request.
