The Vestil Hydraulic Pit Mount Dock Leveler, measuring 8'4" long by 6' wide, is designed for easy loading and unloading of trucks at your dock and must be installed in a concrete pit with professional installation required. Constructed from heavy-duty steel, it features a thick treadplate deck and a 16" high lip, and includes two laminated bumpers. The dock leveler has a service range of 12" above and below the dock. The hydraulic system offers simple operation via an electrically activated hydraulic pump that raises the deck at the push of a button, suitable for high usage docks. The 16" lip automatically extends to allow the deck to descend onto the trailer, and when the truck pulls away, the deck descends to the full down position, trips the limit switch, and automatically returns to the level, support cross-traffic position. The package includes a control box with an emergency stop button. Power options include 115/208/230V single-phase or 208/230/460V three-phase. When ordering, specify whether the unit is for new construction or to replace an existing pit leveler. Custom sizes are also available upon request.
