The Heavy Duty Panel Fan features a 12" diameter and operates on a single phase 240V, designed to serve as either an exhaust fan or fresh air intake, and can be mounted in a wall in both horizontal or vertical positions. This fan is utilized in various agricultural applications, including ventilation in greenhouses, pork, dairy, and poultry houses, as well as in industrial settings such as factories or buildings. The fan is speed-controllable and engineered for continuous operation in highly corrosive environments, outdoor use, and wet applications. It incorporates glass-filled, high-impact polypropylene fan blades powered by a washdown, severe duty ball bearing motor. The sealed motor is Class F insulated with automatic thermal protection for low maintenance. Housed in die-cast aluminum, the motor features a labyrinth seal between the housing and impeller guard to prevent moisture entry. The fan supports are designed to absorb sound and vibration, ensuring low noise operation. Its vacuum-formed, heavy-duty fiberglass frame includes corrosion-resistant wire guards on the motor side for safety. The fan is UL507 certified for outdoor use and C-UL recognized, and it comes with a 3-year limited warranty. The horsepower rating is based on maximum speed/load.
