The Wall Master Galvanized Exhaust Fans by J&D feature a 36" diameter fan with a one-speed, three-phase direct drive motor and galvanized blades, designed to eliminate heat build-up in barns, greenhouses, and industrial buildings. The exhaust fans include external aluminum shutters with tie bars to prevent shutter flapping and are constructed with heavy-duty 18 gauge steel housing. They come with hot dipped after welded, galvanized 1" x 2" x 12 gauge removable wire mesh guards, and include poly guard clips to reduce vibration. The totally enclosed motor is equipped with sealed ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection for enhanced safety. A galvanized X-frame motor mount ensures rigidity for long life and quiet operation, while the three galvanized steel blades are balanced for smooth operation. The fans also include provisions for hardwire installation, are field convertible to 230/460V, and the motor is UL/ULC recognized. The product is backed by a two-year limited warranty, with horsepower rating based on maximum speed/load.
