The Wall Master Galvanized Exhaust Fans feature a J&D 36" diameter fan with a 1-speed, single-phase belt drive motor designed to eliminate heat build-up in barns, greenhouses, and industrial buildings. The exhaust fans are equipped with external aluminum shutters that include tie bars to prevent shutter flapping, and they are housed in heavy-duty 18 gauge steel with hot-dipped, welded galvanized 1" x 2" x 12 gauge removable wire mesh guards. To minimize vibration, the fans come with poly guard clips, and the totally enclosed motor is fitted with sealed ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection. A galvanized X-frame motor mount provides rigidity for long life and quiet operation, while the 4 galvanized steel blades are balanced to ensure smooth operation. The fans also allow for hardwire installation, are field convertible between 115/230V, and the motor is UL/ULC recognized. The product includes a 2-year limited warranty and the horsepower rating is based on maximum speed/load.
