The Wall Master Galvanized Exhaust Fans by J&D feature a 50" diameter, a 1-speed, three-phase belt drive motor, and galvanized blades designed to eliminate heat build-up in barns, greenhouses, and industrial buildings. The exhaust fans are equipped with external aluminum shutters featuring tie bars to prevent shutter flapping, and they are constructed from heavy-duty 18 gauge steel housing. The fans have hot dipped after welded, galvanized 1" x 2" x 12 gauge removable wire mesh guards. Additional features include poly guard clips to reduce vibration, a totally enclosed motor with sealed ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection, and a galvanized X-frame motor mount for rigidity and quiet operation. The three galvanized steel blades are balanced for smooth operation, and the exhaust fan incorporates a spring-loaded belt tensioner along with pre-lubricated, sealed bearings that are rubber mounted to reduce blade fatigue. Provisions for hardwire installation are included, and the fan is field convertible to 230/460V. The motor is UL/ULC recognized, and the product comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Horsepower rating is based upon maximum speed/load.
