The Wall Master Galvanized Exhaust Fans feature a J&D 50" diameter fan with a 1-speed, single-phase belt drive motor and cast aluminum blades, designed to eliminate heat build-up in barns, greenhouses, and industrial buildings. The exhaust fans are equipped with external aluminum shutters that include tie bars to prevent shutter flapping, housed in a heavy-duty 18 gauge steel casing. The unit is constructed with hot dipped after welded, galvanized 1" x 2" x 12 gauge removable wire mesh guards, and includes poly guard clips to minimize vibration. A totally enclosed motor with sealed ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection is complemented by a galvanized X-frame motor mount that ensures rigidity and quiet operation. The balanced cast aluminum blades provide smooth and low noise operation while being resilient to bird impact. The exhaust fan features a spring-loaded belt tensioner and pre-lubricated, sealed bearings that are rubber mounted to reduce blade fatigue. It includes provisions for hardwire installation and is field convertible to 115/230V. The motor is UL/ULC recognized, and the product comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Horsepower rating is based on maximum speed/load.
