The Wall Master galvanized exhaust fan features a 50" diameter design with a 1-speed, three-phase belt drive motor. It is equipped with cast aluminum blades that effectively eliminate heat build-up in barns, greenhouses, and industrial buildings. The exhaust fans are designed with external aluminum shutters that include tie bars to prevent shutter flapping. Constructed from heavy-duty 18 gauge steel, the housing is hot dipped after welding, and is complemented by a galvanized 1" x 2" x 12 gauge removable wire mesh guard. The kit includes poly guard clips to minimize vibration, while the totally enclosed motor is equipped with sealed ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection. Additionally, a galvanized X-frame motor mount ensures rigidity for longevity and quiet operation. The three cast aluminum blades are balanced for smooth operation, providing low noise and resilience against bird impact. Other features of the exhaust fan include a spring-loaded belt tensioner and pre-lubricated, sealed bearings that are rubber mounted to reduce blade fatigue. The unit allows for hardwire installation and is field convertible to 230/460V. The motor is UL/ULC recognized and the fan comes with a 2-year limited warranty. The horsepower rating is based upon maximum speed/load.
