These power vented, gas-fired heaters can be installed just one inch below the ceiling in both residential and commercial settings and operate with whisper-quiet, vibration-free performance. They boast an 80% thermal efficiency, ensuring fuel savings. The non-separated heaters draw makeup air from within the building and feature a 22 gauge aluminized steel cabinet housing with a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish. A permanently-lubricated motor ensures dependable operation, while adjustable louvers and a standard finger-proof fan guard enhance safety. The tubular heat exchanger, equipped with a tubular in-shot burner, provides reliable performance. Weighing in as lightweight units, they are easy to install using the two included angle brackets, and they allow for field wiring connections with knockouts for quick access to gas and electricity. The power exhaust system simplifies side-wall or roof venting with a small-diameter vent pipe. CSA certification ensures compliance, and installation must be carried out by a licensed contractor.
