The Modine High-Efficiency II™ 250,000 BTU Gas-Fired Unit Heater is designed for quick installation and ease of use, providing excellent thermal efficiency for commercial or industrial applications requiring high input ratings. This power-exhausted unit heater offers 80% thermal efficiency through its collector box and power exhauster. With a non-separated design, it draws makeup air from within the building and is constructed from durable 20 gauge aluminized steel for the cabinet housing, heat exchanger, and burner. The power exhaust is adjustable with a 180° rotation capability, allowing for vertical or horizontal venting. It features a 100% shut-off, intermittent pilot-ignition system with continuous retry, a 1/3 HP PSC motor, and a safety pressure switch for secure venting conditions, operating effectively against 0.5 inches of external static pressure. The unit includes adjustable louvers, a control terminal board, gas controls, and a fan delay timer, and can be field-converted to propane. Finished with a corrosion-resistant baked-on powder coat, the unit has a level hanging mechanism for easy adjustments. The heater is ETL listed and must be installed by a licensed contractor. It is made in the U.S.A. and comes with a 10 years limited warranty on the heat exchanger and a 1 year warranty on all other parts.
