Modine High-Efficiency II™ 300,000 BTU Gas-Fired Unit Heater is designed for quick installation and ease of use, offering excellent thermal efficiency with a power-exhausted configuration that provides 80% thermal efficiency. This unit is ideal for commercial or industrial applications that require high input ratings and utilizes a collector box and power exhauster for maximum seasonal heating. Constructed with a 20 gauge aluminized steel cabinet housing and an aluminized steel heat exchanger and burner, the power exhaust can be rotated 180° and the unit can be vented either vertically or horizontally. It features a 100% shut-off, intermittent pilot-ignition system with continuous retry, and is equipped with a 1/2 HP PSC motor and a safety pressure switch for secure venting conditions, capable of operating against 0.5 inches of external static pressure. The heater includes adjustable louvers, a control terminal board, gas controls, and a fan delay timer, with the option to be field-converted to propane. It boasts a corrosion-resistant baked-on powder coat finish and a level hanging mechanism for easy adjustments. This unit is ETL listed and must be installed by a licensed contractor. The warranty includes a 10-year limited warranty on the heat exchanger and a 1-year warranty on all other parts.
