Modine High-Efficiency II™ 350,000 BTU gas-fired unit heaters are designed for quick installation and user-friendly operation, delivering excellent thermal efficiency ideal for commercial or industrial settings that require high input ratings. These power-exhausted unit heaters provide 80% thermal efficiency, enhancing seasonal heating through the use of a collector box and power exhauster, while non-separated models draw makeup air from within the building. Constructed with a 20 gauge aluminized steel cabinet housing, aluminized steel heat exchanger, and burner, the unit features a power exhaust that can be rotated 180°, allowing for vertical or horizontal venting. The 100% shut-off, intermittent pilot-ignition system includes continuous retry and is powered by a 3/4 HP PSC motor. Additional safety features include a pressure switch for safe venting conditions and operation against 0.5 inches of external static pressure. The heater comes equipped with adjustable louvers, a control terminal board, gas controls, and a fan delay timer. It can be field-converted to propane and finishes with a corrosion-resistant baked-on powder coat. The level hanging mechanism enables easy field adjustments, with the unit ETL listed and requiring installation by a licensed contractor. It is manufactured in the U.S.A. and includes a 10-year limited warranty on the heat exchanger and a 1-year warranty on all other parts.
