This workbench features a 1-1/4" thick conductive white plastic top designed for controlling static electricity by rapidly bleeding off static build-up, dissipating 5000V static charge in 0.01 seconds with a surface resistance of 10¹⁰ Ω, which helps prevent damage to sensitive electronic circuitry during assembly. The work surface is properly grounded, easy to clean with soap and water, and complies with MIL-B-81705B and 101B, 101C, Method 4046. The steel parts have a scratch-resistant gray powder coat finish, and the bench stringer includes mounting hardware to assemble legs to the bench top.
