Timetrax Elite Ethernet system is a sophisticated time and attendance solution that accommodates 50 employees and is upgradeable to 6,000, making it suitable for both small and large businesses. It features Ethernet connectivity for multi-terminal capability, allowing for easy integration with a networked Ethernet jack. The system includes a user-friendly LCD display and keypad for manual entry and offers a full "point and click" punch and payroll editing functionality. It is equipped with time and attendance software that can export data to major payroll systems, including ADP, Paychex, and QuickBooks. The unit comes with battery backup memory and supports various payroll schedules, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. Unlimited overtime rule configurations can be set, including time-and-a-half and double-time options, as well as specific rules for Saturdays, Sundays, or 7th day overtime. The Timetrax Elite system also features biometric finger scanning to prevent buddy punching and eliminate the need for traditional time cards.
