TimetraX time and attendance systems, specifically the TimetraX Prox Ethernet system, are designed to provide large business technology while accommodating the needs of small businesses. The system can accommodate up to 50 employees but is upgradeable to support up to 6,000 employees. It is Ethernet-ready for multi-terminal capability, connecting easily to a networked Ethernet jack. This solution captures time efficiently, streamlining business processes and reducing expenses through card swipes. The system features an easy-to-read LCD display and keypad for manual entry, full "point and click" punch, and payroll editing. Its time and attendance software enables exporting capabilities to major payroll systems, including ADP, Paychex, and QuickBooks, while offering battery backup memory. It operates on various payroll schedules such as weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly and supports unlimited overtime rule configurations, including time-and-a-half, double-time, and special overtime work rules. The Pro system comes equipped with a user-friendly proximity sensor, allowing users to simply wave their proximity cards in front of the terminal to record their attendance. The kit includes a terminal, 15 proximity badges, TimetraX software, cables, and a quick start guide. System requirements include Microsoft Windows 8 or higher, and the system is UL listed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
