The Omni Metalcraft industrial conveyor rate counter is designed to efficiently count and cross-check packages, parts, and more with its conveyor rate indicators. It features a diffused reflective photo eye that accurately counts items as they pass through the conveyor, with the capability to indicate conveyor speed. The counter is equipped with a photoelectric sensor that includes a 3' cable and a swivel-action universal mount, allowing for convenient remote mounting and custom product-to-sensor alignment. The conveyor flow rate indicator has a 6-digit LCD digital display with a keyed reset switch and is housed in a galvanized steel mounting bracket for easy attachment to various Omni Metalcraft conveyor frames, including stationary skate wheel, roller, ball transfer, and power belt conveyors. The system operates at 120V and is housed in a NEMA 12 rated enclosure. Additional options are available upon request.
