The Adjust-A-Link Chain Sling is designed for versatility and ease of adjustment, making it suitable for various applications in machine shops and maintenance departments. This kit includes an adjustable link chain sling featuring a compact plate design that accommodates larger hooks for simplified rigging. It is constructed with a heat-treated alloy steel master control link, ensuring strength and long-lasting reliability. The Grade 100 alloy steel lifting chain provides higher load capacities, while the angled plate design minimizes bending torque, thus enhancing the life of the sling. The wide top bearing surface helps reduce wear on both the plate and crane hook, and both the master plate and hooks come with a durable powder coat finish. The chain sling allows for easy adjustment of leg lengths, whether one or multiple links at a time, and can be utilized in single leg, double leg, or basket hitch configurations. It is OSHA compliant, with a warning that rated capacities should not be exceeded, and sling capacity decreases as the angle from horizontal decreases; slings should not be used at angles less than 45°.
