The Adjust-A-Link Chain Sling is a highly adjustable and versatile lifting solution designed for the diverse needs of machine shops and maintenance departments. This chain sling features a compact plate design that accommodates larger hooks for easy rigging and is constructed from heat-treated alloy steel for the master control link, ensuring strength, reliability, and longevity. It utilizes Grade 100 alloy steel lifting chain, which provides higher capacities, while its angled plate design minimizes bending torque on both the chain and plate, thereby extending the sling's lifespan. The wide top bearing surface is engineered to reduce wear on both the plate and crane hook, and both the master plate and hooks come with a durable powder coat finish. The chain sling can be easily adjusted to fit various applications by changing the leg length one or multiple links at a time, allowing for lifting in single leg, double leg, or basket hitch configurations. The product adheres to OSHA compliance standards. It is important to note that the rated capacities should not be exceeded, and sling capacity decreases as the angle from horizontal decreases; thus, slings should not be utilized at angles less than 45°.
