The Adjust-A-Link Chain Sling is designed to be the most easily adjustable and versatile chain sling available, making it ideal for the varied requirements of machine shops and maintenance departments. This kit includes a heat-treated alloy steel master control link for enhanced strength, reliability, and longevity, alongside a Grade 100 alloy steel lifting chain that offers higher capacities. The compact plate design allows for compatibility with larger hooks for easy rigging, while the angled plate design minimizes bending torque on both the chain and plate, thereby extending the sling's lifespan. The wide top bearing surface helps reduce wear on both the plate and the crane hook. The master plate and hooks feature a durable powder coat finish, and the sling can be easily adjusted to accommodate a variety of applications, allowing for leg length adjustments of one or multiple links at a time. It supports lifting in single leg, double leg, or basket hitch configurations and is OSHA compliant. Note that the rated capacities must not be exceeded, and sling capacity decreases as the angle from horizontal decreases; slings should not be used at angles less than 45°.
