The Justrite® Acid Corrosive Cabinet features a manual close door and has a capacity of 22 gallons, making it ideal for the storage of moderate and flammable corrosives. This safety cabinet is constructed of double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, and it complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications, OSHA regulations, and is approved by the Factory Mutual System. It includes a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents that can connect to an exhaust system. The cabinet has a 2" leak-proof doorsill to contain spills, and it is equipped with 350 lb adjustable galvanized steel shelves that can be set at 3" increments and feature a spillslope design to direct spills to the back and bottom. The spillslope shelves also come with a polyethylene tray for added protection against harsh chemicals. The doors, which are fitted with full-length piano hinges, have a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock and a padlockable latch for security, while a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking. It includes adjustable leveling feet for stability on uneven floors and boasts a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish, complete with a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. This product comes with a 10-year limited warranty, and it is important to note that the manual-close door does not close automatically.
