The Justrite® Acid Corrosive Cabinet features a self-closing design with single doors and a 22-gallon capacity, making it ideal for the safe storage of moderate and flammable corrosives. This cabinet complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications, OSHA regulations, and is Factory Mutual System approved. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, it includes a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents that can connect to an exhaust system. The cabinet is designed with a 2" leak-proof doorsill to contain spills and comes with 350 lb galvanized steel shelves that adjust at 3" increments, featuring a spillslope design that directs spills to the back and bottom, along with a polyethylene tray for protection against harsh chemicals. The door is equipped with full-length piano hinges, a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock, and a padlockable latch for security, while a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system provides positive door locking. Additionally, the cabinet includes adjustable leveling feet for uneven floors and is finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coat along with a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. The self-close feature activates at temperatures of 165°F, and the product is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
