Tekstak™ by Datum provides secure storage for laptops, cell phones, and other electronics, as well as personal valuables, making it suitable for libraries, schools, government facilities, corporations, and other institutions. The unit features 12 storage compartments with dimensions of 4"H x 15-3/8"W for bay openings and 4"H x 19-3/4"W x 20-7/8"D for bay interiors. It accommodates various device types, including iPads, Chromebooks, laptops, tablets, e-readers, and cell phones. The design includes fold-down doors that require less clearance and 90-degree hinges to prevent blocking access to compartments. Security options consist of a key lock for each compartment, with the option for a master key. The units are constructed of heavy-duty steel with a powder-coated finish and provide ventilation for maximum airflow. This unit, which does not include charging capabilities, comes with a 1-1/8" thick laminate top for additional workspace, ships fully assembled, and is backed by a lifetime warranty on parts and a 2-year warranty on labor. It is made in the USA and requires additional space for power adapters and cords.
