Eagle's 60 gallon manual close paint and ink safety cabinets are designed for enhanced storage efficiency, featuring additional shelves. Constructed from 18-gauge (1 mm) steel, these cabinets possess a reinforced double-wall construction with a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space between the walls, including the sides, top, bottom, and doors. They are equipped with two internal vents, each having 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded fittings along with fire baffles and caps. The cabinets feature a high-gloss, lead-free powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, a grounding attachment, a 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system, and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. Each shelf is adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers and supported by four brackets with a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg) uniformly distributed. The cabinets also come with four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, continuous piano hinges, and self-latching doors. The internal dimensions measure 39.5"W x 14.562"D x 60.5"H. FM-approved, these cabinets comply with NFPA code 30 and OSHA requirements.
