The Flammable Cabinet is designed to safely store up to 60 gallons of Class I, II, and III liquids, measuring 34"W x 34"D x 65"H. It meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106, and is FM approved. Constructed from 18 gauge steel with 14 gauge doors, it features all-welded construction for added strength and fire protection. The cabinet's double-walled design includes 1-1/2" of insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Other attributes include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and 350 lb. capacity shelves that adjust easily on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are equipped with 4" hinges and sturdy brass pins, and they feature a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The self-close double door model automatically closes when the fusible link melts at 165°F and has self-indexing doors for sequential closure, along with a recessed mechanism allowing access to the top shelf. The flush door handle design prevents accidental catching or banging, and the cabinet is finished with yellow powder coat and radius edges for safety. This product comes with a 12-year limited warranty.
