The Slim Flammable Cabinet BJ24 features a self-closing single door and a capacity of 24 gallons, with dimensions of 23"W x 18"D x 65"H. This flammable cabinet meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and is FM approved. Constructed with all-welded 18-gauge steel and a 14-gauge door, it offers enhanced fire protection. The double-walled design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Additional features include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and adjustable shelves with a 350 lb. capacity on 2-1/2" centers. The door is fitted with two 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins and has a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The self-close mechanism engages when the door is closed, automatically closing only when the fusible link melts at 165°F. This model also features a self-indexing door that closes in sequence to ensure a tight closure and a recessed self-close mechanism that allows access to the top shelf. The flush door handle is designed to prevent passersby from catching or banging it. The cabinet is finished with a yellow powder coat and has radius edges for safety. It comes with a 12-year limited warranty.
